What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation technique used in the military to treat PTSD amongst many other health benefits. It is a deeper state of conscious relaxation in between sleep and awake. Moving awareness from the external world to the internal being.

Studies revealed that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hrs of sleep.
